Kelly Jordan was the developer and landlord of Jill and Glenn’s Ellis Cinema back in the ‘80s. We had offered him some of the Ellis memorabilia last July. He expressed a great interest in it so we brought him some more materials, including our poster collection.
Here are Kelly and Glenn in front of Kelly’s house in Candler Park, not far from the old cinema in Little Five Points.

The most recent reincarnation of the old Euclid Theater (the building’s original name) has been its most successful. For nearly 20 years it’s been The Variety Playhouse, a very popular live music venue featuring national music acts.
